You can’t go a day on Instagram without seeing someone’s take on the glorious avocado toast. It’s something that comes together in a pinch but feels so much fancier than the effort would otherwise imply. Toppings are endless and you can slice and fan it or mash it. But I highly recommend serving it with a side of Field Roast vegan breakfast sausage.
